With a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), he has over three decades of experience in EPC sector. He played a pivotal role in establishing BNC Power as a pioneer in the field of power and road sector.
Mr. Girish has been a part of the Company since 1992 and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from 2007. Mr. Girish has the ability to think methodically and to manage projects, problem-solving skills, to work to deadlines and within budgets, to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

With a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), he has over two decades of experience in electrical erection, commissioning and maintenance of EHV systems. He heads the Electrical, Designing and Project Management departments of the Company. Mr. Rajesh has been a part of the Company since 1996 and was appointed as Director with effect from 2007.
Mr. Rajesh has been designing engineering strategies, Overseeing engineer teams, Verifying project compliance with engineering best practices. He has also been collaborating with company stakeholders, Updating department policies and procedures with reasonable care, skill and diligence for company.

Mr. Yashodhan Chaudhari, holds degree of a Bachelor of Enginnering (Mechanical). He has over 15 years of experience in overall project management & administration. He is a Dedicated Mechanical Engineer with the technical expertise to provide the highest quality mechanical component and system support. Skilled at formulating & implementing equipment designs, testing & producing specifications, and researching product application.
Mr. Yashodhan has been a part of the Company since 2003 and was appointed as Director with effect from 2007. He is handling overall procurement of material required for the project works.

AMIT JAIN working as CEO is a first-class Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from IIT ROORKEE and holds an B. Tech (Electrical) from IIT ROORKEE. He has over 30 years of experience in the power sector in EPC Project Domain and always is a forward-thinking Senior Executive with a proven record of accomplishment.
He has demonstrated strong Leadership Skills , Cross functional Team Management with Passion and positive attitude towards continuous business improvement, enhancing revenue and streamlining business operations.
He has been accredited with successfully delivering business growth and also setting up green field electrical projects and EPC Projects for Railway Electrification.

He has over 36 years of experience in the power sector in planning, construction and maintenance of EHV transmission lines and sub station and earlier worked as junior engineer to chief engineer in MSETCL and has been always innovative during the Tenure.
He has demonstrated strong Leadership Skills , Cross functional Team Management with Passion and positive attitude towards disastor management such as earthquake, flood and cyclone .

Sanjit Bawiskar is an accomplished Business Head with over 29 years of experience in the Power Sector. He holds a BE (Electrical) from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, an MBA in Finance, and a PGDER. He is a "Performance Driven Professional" with exceptional business acumen, a proven track record of managing sales/marketing to achieve corporate development plans, and expertise in EHV T/L-S/S Testing, Business Development, Planning, Procurement, Project Management, and Consultancy. Sanjit has served major public/private utilities, including SAIL, MSEDCL, Reliance Energy Ltd, KEC International Ltd, and Lodha Group in various capacities across the country. His exceptional leadership skills have benefited the organizations he has worked for.

The entire process at BNC Power projects Ltd revolves around a single word…Reliability. Our ideas, Vision, Mission, and Goals are all oriented towards this concept of reliability. Our clients have recognized us for our reliable service with desired quality & timely deliverables. And as such as associated with BNCPPL since more than 50 years. We have successfully completed complex EHV Transmission Line Sub Station projects in Hostile environment like forests, urban areas, Rivers etc. upto voltage level of 765 Kv and have our presence in India & have started to create our footprints in International market strongly. We have emerged as a Diversified Infrastructure company with presence in Road & Highways, Rails & Metro, and Renewable sector.
We take pride in stating that we have completed two road projects before the scheduled completion period. As we are all aware, Government of India have planned to increase the speed of all railways to 160 Km/h from existing 110 km/h. To achieve the same, the railway electrification needs to be strengthen by enhancing the capacity of Traction substations. It’s a pleasure to announce that, we have been awarded the 1st prestigious project for the same from Railways under EPC mode for Design, Supply, Erection Testing & Commissioning of 220/132/55 KV Traction Substation, Sectioning Post and Sub Sectioning Post of Mumbai – Ratlam and Vadodara- Ahmedabad Sections of Western Railway, main line route of Delhi Mumbai Section. We have recently bagged one of the prestigious EPC project for commissioning line with 400 Kv DC Monopoles. We are recognized in power sector for Live Line Maintenance, PID & are successfully running O & M of T/L & Sub-station up to 400 kV voltage level.
